Beck Munich, lectured at the University of Munich, Germany and was visiting professor at the Vienna University of Economics, Austria for Russian and Ukranian law; Dr. Solotych has also served as expert counsel to the Federal Republic of Germany and to the Russian Federation and has written hundreds of articles and expert opinions and also books on foreign investment and the law of the CIS-Countries.
